Melissa DeJonckheere, PhD is a health services researcher, mixed methodologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan. She completed her PhD in Educational Studies at the University of Cincinnati, where she worked on qualitative and mixed methods projects in both the education and health fields. Her primary interest is use of CBPR and mixed methods approaches to investigate health disparities in childhood and adolescence, including chronic stress and social determinants of health. She previously served as a postdoctoral research fellow with the Michigan Mixed Methods Program.
