Holly Jarman, MRes, PhD. is an Assistant Professor of Health Management and Policy within the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Dr. Jarman is a qualitative researcher specializing in elite interview techniques and qualitative data analysis. She has developed a number of classes and educational resources aimed at applying qualitative methods in the context of policy research. Her research focuses on the effects of market regulation on health policy space, taking comparative and global perspectives on issues including tobacco control, health information and health services.
