Faculty profile



Dr. Wu is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. She has completed a Reproductive Health Fellowship and a Master of Public Health at the University of Rochester. Dr. Wu has clinical and research expertise in family planning and contraception. Dr. Wu is interested in increasing the use of rigorous mixed methods to improve the design and implementation of family planning interventions in the clinical setting. Her current project is an NIH-funded multi-phase, intervention mixed methods study with the aim of designing and implementing a contraceptive decision aid for women with chronic conditions, their primary care providers, and for use in primary care. Dr. Wu is faculty for the Michigan Mixed Methods Program based at the University of Michigan.
