Dr. Czarnecki is a Research Specialist with the Mixed Methods Program. She earned her PhD in Sociology from the University of Michigan and completed postdoctoral fellowships at McGill University and the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Czarnecki is a medical sociologist with expertise in the social dimensions of health and illness, reproductive health, medical decision-making, medical technologies, and qualitative methods. Prior to joining the Mixed Methods Program, she taught research methods at Case Western Reserve University.
