Faculty Profile
Cheryl A. Moyer, PhD, MPH, is Associate Director of Global REACH and Associate Professor of Learning Health Sciences and OB/GYN. Dr. Moyer’s research focuses on understanding the social and cultural factors that impact maternal and newborn health outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa, with a primary focus on Ghana. Her research includes both qualitative and quantitative methodology, as well as mixed methods, and she has extensive experience navigating the challenges of conducting qualitative and mixed methods research across cultures, languages, and in low-resource settings.
