Faculty Profile
​Dr. Enggaard is a lecturer at the School of Nursing, University College of Northern Denmark. Dr. Enggaard’s research focuses on nursing care for patients with chronic or long term conditions, patient empowerment, and complex interventions in nursing care. Her methodological expertise is in qualitative and mixed methods research. Dr. Enggaard completed her PhD at Aalborg University, where she adapted and evaluated an empowerment-based intervention among adolescents with ADHD and a co-existing medical disorder.
