Faculty Profile

Dr. Hongling Chu was a visiting scholar for Mixed Method Research Project Group at the University of Michigan, and member of the Mixed Methods International Research Association (MMIRA). She led the applying and establishing for Mixed Methods International Research Association—China Chapter (MMIRA-ChC). She led the translation work for 《A Practical Guide to Using Qualitative Research with Randomized Controlled Trials》 and 《The Mixed Methods Research Workbook- Activities for Designing, Implementing, and Publishing Projects》. From 2018 to 2020, she organized the Mixed Method Research conference in each year. She also organized 14 sequential seminars related to qualitative and mixed methods from 2020, once per month. Her areas of expertise are in implementation science, process evaluations, mixed methods, qualitative research and clinical trials.
