Lee A. Green, MD MPH is a practicing family physician and health services researcher who holds the Alberta Innovates–Health Solutions senior translational health chair in community-­‐engaged research at the University of Alberta, where he is Professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine. He is Professor Emeritus on active status at the University of Michigan. His work focuses on applying cognitive and organizational science to primary care transformation, in mixed methods designs with innovative tools such as Cognitive Task Analysis and Qualitative Comparative Analysis.
