Tiffany C. Veinot, MLS, PhD. Associate Professor at the School of Information (UMSI) and the School of Public Health. She directs the Community Health Informatics Lab. Her research interests focus on integration of multiple data sources to answer the question: what would health information systems and services look like if they placed marginalized communities at the center of their design and implementation? Dr. Veinot has experience with interviewing, fieldwork, discourse analysis, survey research, social network analysis, systematic reviews, analysis of digital traces of online behavior, and clinical trials. Dr. Veinot teaches a PhD course in qualitative methods at UMSI.
